This week in Class 6 we are celebrating the end of our work on the festival of Ramadan by having an Eid week. Throughout the week the children will be undertaking a TASC project to find out what the festival of Eid is important to Muslims, writing diary entries, poems about Eid, Eid raps, Eid dances, cooking, making Eid cards, decorating mendhi hands, making prayer mats and much more. We will even be having our very own Eid party on Friday. Please could each child bring in an old pillowcase by Wednesday. Photographs of our week will be posted at the end of the week!
